SEALS SQUAD · TIER 1
Building core skills. Up to 2 hours of club coaching per week.
Development Squad
SEALS SQUAD · TIER 2
Building core skills. 2-8 hours of club coaching per week.
Academy, Transition & County Squads
PEMBROKESHIRE COUNTY SQUAD · TIERS 3-6
As swimmers progress they join the county pathway, while always remaining Seals club members.
